ITPS implemented a management system for stocks and warehouses for Gazprom Neft Badra

The ITPS group automated for Gazprom Neft Badra business processes of management of stocks and warehouses based on SAP ERP. The implemented system provided increase in efficiency and quality of management of planning, purchases and inventory accounting of materials.

Within the first stage of system implementation of inventory management and warehouses specialists of ITPS studied business processes of the customer regarding requirements planning and purchases of materials for needs of maintenance and repair of the equipment (TORO) and also regarding stock accounting and financial accounting. Besides, consultants of ITPS executed inspection of the automated business processes of functionality of SAP Plant Maintenance. On the basis of the carried-out analysis the solution with the description of the key business processes automated within the project and their implementations in SAP ERP was developed.

During the second stage of the project specialists of ITPS made setup of a system under the automated business processes, provided using the special software correct accomplishment in SAP ERP of the business processes connected with management of material flows and warehouses and executed loading of handbook data.

After conducting acceptance testing and user training the management system for stocks and warehouses was betrayed in Iraq in commercial operation. Now specialists of ITPS perform support of a system.
