Gazprom Transgaz Moscow LLC is the largest gas transmission division of JSC Gazprom, one of the most important links of ESG of Russia. The company provides timely uninterrupted supplies of natural gas to consumers of 14 subjects of the European part of the Russian Federation, including Moscow, supply of gas to domestic market, transit to the countries of the FSU and beyond. Total number of staff of the enterprise – 13.5 thousand people.

Project Tasks
- A possibility of resource personnel management on the scale of the company in general;
- Standardization of personnel processes and procedures, procedures of planning and time recording, technique of charge and procedure of payments of the salary;
- Standardization of multilevel analytical accounting of labor costs in accounting and tax accounting;
- Central planning and control of wage fund;
- The managerial analysis of up-to-date data on personnel, work and the salary;
- Formation of the unified system of the normative reference information on accounting of personnel, work, corporate rules of analytical accounting, a single system of types of payments;
