2009: Centralization of Human Resources Management
A project for centralized management of personnel processes for 4,000 employees in 18 branches of Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk.
Project features:
- Unique schemes have been set up for the coordination of personnel operations for the reception of candidates and transfers of employees;
- About 100 personnel orders have been created and modified;
- The integrated system of delimitation of access rights to centrally maintained directories and employee information has been improved;
- More than 70 additional reports have been created;
- It became possible to analyze the questionnaires of candidates completed through the organization's website;
- Added a mechanism to control the accrual of surcharges and surcharges.
The following results were achieved:
- Centralization of staffing;
- Field personnel operations are carried out by branches themselves, connecting through terminal access to a single database;
- The ability to make changes to the staffing table at the stage of its planning by branches.
