Gazprom promgaz completed modification of software of document flow from 1C

To the companies there is a process of completion of the software product under business processes of the organization.

Cooperation of the companies is commented by Sergey Aleksandrovich Malinin, the head of department of the special software: 'Homnet Consulting we send to specialists tasks of modification of blocks of the software product which work needs to be optimized under our business processes. The staff of the company, in turn, develops and implements option of an optimal and operational solution of a task.

Interacting thus, we already received development of 3 report types according to internal documents with an output in MS Word, the modified information output mechanism in the section of the History of Accomplishment program and also the mechanism of accounting of the approved document revisions. I will note that works were performed qualitatively and quickly that tells Homnet Consulting about high professionalism of employees.

Now we continue work on the built scheme as it allows not to stop activity of a large number of the employees using "1C: Document Flow"'.

2016: Project Completion

On June 14, 2016 the Homnet Consulting company announced completion of works on modification "1C: Document Flow CORP" in Gazprom promgaz.

The management Gazprom promgaz addressed integrator in June, 2015. Within software set earlier "1C: Document Flow CORP" functions of office-work and accounting and control of execution of instructions are automated. It was required to modify functions according to business processes of the customer.

Project Progress

Specialists Homnet Consulting developed additional reports on internal documents, added cards of documents, modified information output mechanisms in a task card in the section "The history of accomplishment", created the mechanism of accounting of the approved document revisions, held consultations on technical issues of work with software products of 1C.
