Gazprom transgaz Tchaikovsky (Metrologist +)

The NPO Kompyyuter company announced end of a pilot project of implementation of the module "Metrologist +" based on the End-to-end Automated System (ETEAS) Business Lux in Gazprom transgaz Tchaikovsky LLC (before Permtransgaz LLC). At the initial stage work of metrological service of branch of Tchaikovsky of health Facilities MG is automated.

Need of constant control of all technical processes is one of specific features of gas transmission companies. Ensuring such control in many respects depends on reliable, smooth operation of a metering equipment. The big instrument park consisting in Gazprom transgaz Tchaikovsky LLC more than of 65,000 units dictates the need for creation of the single database on measuring instruments. At the same time processes of formation of diagrams of routine maintenance, checking and calibration of measuring instruments, repair of the equipment and also the analysis of statistics on the available instrument park are especially difficult.

For accomplishment of these tasks within KAS "Business Lux" the module "Metrologist +" which organically fitted into information space of the company was also implemented. Implementation of the module allowed:

• maintain the unified register of measuring instruments by private nomenclature rooms, with breakdown by types, types of measuring instruments, the measured parameters, places of installations and ranking officers;
• automate accounting and planning of maintenance of the instrument park of the enterprise;

create base of the regulating documents regulating requirements for metrological control, * to supervision and service of measuring instruments;

• receive the wide list of forms of the metrological reporting and primary documents on the movement of devices (accompanying sheets, delivery notes on movement, etc.).

Estimating efficiency of implementation of the module, the chief metrologist of Gazprom transgaz Tchaikovsky LLC Serdyukov A of gives such example: "Earlier, for drawing up annual diagrams of checkings, the engineer on metrology of branch needed to spend several weeks. Now, in KAS "Business Lux", such reports form literally in seconds. It became much simpler to approve forms of the metrological reporting, to control timeliness of service of measuring instruments. For us automation of metrological service – one more step to quality improvement of work of the enterprise".

As a result of implementation specialists of metrological service can check a status and location of any device at any moment, to analyze the need for carrying out routine maintenance or repair, to estimate completeness on a certain unit and in case of need to make replacement with attraction of a reserve.

For the management of the enterprise there was an opportunity to quickly collect information on measuring instruments in any cuts, to accumulate statistics of passing of checkings, calibrations, repairs for the purpose of perspective formation of more reliable instrument park. Maintaining key reference books by specialists of department of metrology of Administration of society allows to control more effectively work of engineers on metrology in branches.

Already at a stage of a pilot project in Tchaikovsky of health Facilities MG lasting about three months, the management of department of metrology appreciates advantages of the implemented module and the decision on further replication "the Metrologist +" in other branches of Gazprom transgaz Tchaikovsky LLC is made.
