In Gazprombank-Asset Management the project on automation of accounting according to industry standards came to the end

On November 12, 2018 Sintegro consulting reported that Gazprombank-Asset Management Ltd addressed to the IT company with a task to automate process of accounting and reporting according to industry standards of the Bank of Russia. Sintegro consulting implemented the project based on own solution "Sintegro OSBU".

During the project the unified plan of accounts of the company, the rule of formation of personal accounts and postings was configured. Opening balances and primary documents from a historical system were loaded into base. All main forms of the reporting were automated.

After project completion the company passed to technical support of Sintegro consulting which includes regular software updating according to changes in the legislation, methodological maintenance and individual consultation.

In the nearest future process of formation of accounting and supervising records in the XBRL format will be configured. Already projects on automation of accounting and salary accrual, creation of mechanisms of calculation of reserves for IFRS 9 and some other projects started.
