Gazprombank implements an enterprise management system

On June 17, 2014 the Cinimex company announced end of the first stage of the project on implementation in Gazprombank of the automated software package of accounting, maintenance and control of currency transactions on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform.

Project Tasks

Main objectives of creation of a system:

• cost minimization of bank due to the maximum automation of technology process of currency exchange control,
• transition from paper document flow to electronic,
• ensuring operational informing clients on the status of document handling of currency exchange control in bank,
• providing to clients new services in document creation.

Project Results

Use of the platform helped to create in a short time a system by forces of a small command. The main arguments for benefit of the choice "1C: Enterprise" - characteristics of the platform:

• domestic development,
• modern, ergonomic user interface,
• flexible opportunities for setup of access rights,
• independence of the supplier of DBMS,
• support of the leading industrial DBMS:
• * Oracle Database
• * IBM DB2
• * MS SQL Server
  • DBMS with an open source text of PostgreSQL

• built-in mechanism of design and execution of business processes
• the created market on application development on the platform.

The new automated system is integrated with the systems of remote banking and the automated system used for reporting using the unified message format and the integration platform of Gazprombank what among "1C: Enterprise" necessary functional modules are developed for.

On May 5, 2014 in an IT environment of bank operation of a new automated system on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform is begun.
