eKassir and DIIP 2000 have worked together to prepare and adapt the ATEC ezATM 6100 ATM for the hardware and software requirements of Gazprombank. EKassir announced this on December 12, 2024.

The ATM is part of the ATEC series of multifunctional devices for performing customer self-service operations. The hardware is equipped with a high-performance banknote processing mechanism, validation unit, spacious recycling cassettes, the ability to simultaneously work with eight denominations in circulation mode and a set of contactless readers (QR, NFC). The compact design of the ATM allows you to place the ATM in a small office space, and the control unit based on a powerful processor and a reliable drive speeds up customer service.

The multivendor software complex "eKassir ATM Terminal" provided application control of the entire functionality of the ATM: cash transactions, check printing, contactless authorization and remote management of banking products. Thanks to the eKassir solution, the device has an attractive interface, the quick response of which optimizes the quality of interaction with the 19-inch touch screen. The adaptation of the ATEC hardware platform to the network of self-service devices of Gazprombank was carried out by LLC TPK DIIP 2000. The company's specialists successfully installed and configured the ATM, and also provided the customer with support for the maintenance of the device. When putting ATMs ezATM 6100 into operation, the specialists of LLC TPK DIIP 2000 (Russia) together with the ATM manufacturer, ATES (South Korea), solved a number of non-standard technical problems that were approved by employees of the bank's profiling divisions and received implementation in existing devices.

Together with our colleagues from DIIP 2000, we did a lot of work on preparing the ATEC ATM for industrial launch - Russian software was installed, peripherals were supported at the software level, we successfully tested its work with new ruble bills and the interaction of the ATM Terminal management complex with the bank's back office. As of December 2024, the operating functionality of the ATM is fully implemented: it is not only about basic cash withdrawal/issuance operations - the device supports the entire set of digital services for multi-purpose customer service, - commented Alexey Zotov, CEO of eKassir.
