Octava started the Import substitution program for the Russian banks

On June 19, 2019 the electro-acoustic plant "Octava" (enters into State Corporation Rostec) announced start of the Import substitution program. The essence of the program is that the enterprise gives to credit institutions an opportunity to replace the import microphone equipment purchased till January, 2019. Gazprombank became one of participants of the Import substitution program.

The microphone is necessary at record of parameters of compliance of a voice for EBS — the digital platform for remote biometric identification. It will allow to provide to citizens digital commercial and public services at any time and in any place.

By the end of 2019 data collection should happen in all departments of the banks connected to a Single biometric system. The project requires special attention to information security and the equipment allowing to write exclusively precisely voice samples. Therefore we selected the Russian MKE-215 microphones. The Import substitution program implemented by Octava allowed us to replace import combined microphones with easy construction on profitable terms,

Development of the Russian designers will allow to ensure functioning more than 400 platforms of Gazprombank which provide service in collecting of biometrics.

Due to the become frequent cases of the address to the address of the Octava plant of credit institutions which purchased the microphone products which are not conforming to requirements of order No. 321 of the Ministry of digital development, the enterprise started the Import substitution program.
