2020: Creation of mobile application of G-Manager

On January 18, 2021 the Reksoft company reported details of the project of Gazpromneft gas Station network on creation of mobile application of G-Manager for managing directors of gas stations. The Reksoft company (Reksoft) acted as the technology partner of the project.

Mobile application of G-Manager of an uproshchayea collecting and the analysis of the daily reporting under processes at gas stations and also allowing employees to resolve working issues in a common information space.

The application is created especially for heads of gas station and chiefs of territorial sections. Due to simplification of a part of duties and the translation of the reporting in a digital format heads could reorient the work on quality improvement of service of visitors and growth in sales of goods and services at gas station. Finally it allows to increase service for clients. We want that a feedback of motorists directly affected the internal rating of gas station, - Vadim Smirnov, the owner of a product, the G-manager command (Gazpromneft) commented on a project task.

Mobile application of G-Manager - a part of an information system for business process management at gas station using mobile devices. The project covers more than 1000 Gazpromneft stations across all Russia. Further replication at all gas stations of network is planned.

G-Manager helps gas station managers to fill quickly electronically all necessary the check sheets on control of quality of work, the provided services and supports of an order at gas station. The application allows to trace more than 200 parameters of control. Besides, the tracker of tasks for operational communication of gas station managers with heads is embedded in mobile application. The staff of gas station using the application carry out inventory at stations.
