On June 18, 2014 the EOS Group company announced "MATTER" in Gazstroyproyekt Ltd an implementation project of an electronic document management system.
Project Progress
From June to December, 2011 the company "Office Dock" executed the project on implementation EDMS "CASE" at the central Gazstroyproyekt office Ltd. The project provides document flow inspection, installation and setup of a system, user training.
The assigned task is solved: work of service of documentary ensuring management and basic processes of document flow is automated. Heads of departments of the company became participants of EDMS.
For June 18, 2014 electronic document management systems "CASE" is used in Gazstroyproyekt Ltd for registration of different types of documents, maintaining electronic base of incoming correspondence, the organization of control of execution of instructions. Using a system some groups of internal documents are transferred to an electronic form.
Project Results
"CASE" increased efficiency of work with documents, internal document flows are optimized.
Most of users work in EDMS by means of software "DELO-WEB", it provides the necessary level of mobility of employees. In 2014 the customer purchased additional licenses of a subsystem and increased the number of users of EDMS.
