The international service company T-Systems, division of Deutsche Telecom, and Gemalto company, the leader in the field of a digital security, signed the agreement on transfer of 9000 automated jobs in 40 countries of three geographical regions (Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Northern and Southern America and Asia) in management of T-Systems. Tasks of this five-year contract for management and support of numerous services include:

- The international technical support service in eight languages with availability 24/7
- Services on places in all countries of activity of Gemalto
- Global services including management of basic data and a software update
The project started in the summer of 2010. Originally the volume of the contract was limited to three regions. Afterwards, T-Systems proposed to the client the international solution in response to Gemalto request, competing with other serious IT - suppliers.
