Generali Hellas reduced paper document flow by two million pages a year; implemented Documentum xCP for automation of processing of statements, improved productivity of service of millions of clients.
Within the annual conference for partners and users of products and solutions for management of corporate maintenance of Momentum EMC (NYSE: EMC) announced that Generali Hellas entering into Generali Group (Assicurzioni Generali S.p.A.), the group of insurance companies, largest in Europe, and the world's second company of the sector of insurance of financial market, considerably improved the competitiveness and efficiency of transactions thanks to implementation of EMC® Documentum® xCP, the integrated platform for creation of the dynamic solution for business and the instrument of work with Big Data.

- Time of consideration of the application for receiving an insurance premium was reduced from several weeks to days: EMC Documentum xCP combines management of corporate maintenance (ECM), business process management (BPM), intellectual data entry and control over the implementation of requirements of the legislation that improves productivity and decision making process. If earlier consideration of the applications on receiving an insurance premium of Generali took several weeks, then now the procedure is performed for several days.
