On December 21, 2015 the Geolife Group and the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation (FCS of the Russian Federation) signed the contract for execution of works on configuring of the exchange telematic service stations installed on motor transport of the Central basic customs.
According to representatives of technical department of Geolife Group, change of configurations of the telematic equipment which already equips vehicles of FCS became a main objective of the contract. Replacement of SIM cards and setup of terminals are directed as to increase in positioning accuracy of subjects to satellite control, and to optimization of all monitoring system and management of the transport park of the Federal Customs Service.
