Kopania "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) completed the project on automation of a management activity of Georad company.

Georad performs works on privatization of the land plots, production of documentation and filling of the state acts on the earth.

In the project progress in the company the software product "1C:Enterprise 8 is implemented. Management of Project Office". The solution promotes quality improvement of management decisions and achievement of strategic objectives of the enterprise through increase in effective management of information flows, knowledge and processes of the company.

Project Results:

• Obtaining uniform report on the plan / project progress.
• Automation planning of income and project costs.
• Automation of calculation of the schedule of the project on the basis of duration and labor input of project tasks and interrelation of stages of the project. And also operational recalculation of the project plan in case of a deviation of tasks of terms.
• Receiving a convenient planning tool of loading of resources on the project and to their distribution between projects.
• Maintaining archive of projects, creations of templates of standard projects, variance analysis of the current projects from templates.

For the head it is important to have an opportunity to see and analyze a current status on all projects by terms, resources, budgets, control points, deviations on key indicators.
