Gerrus Group automates document flow Euphrates

In Gerrus Group holding system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) Euphrates started. For project implementation at the developer of a product — Cognitive Technologies — was purchased the license for simultaneous operation of 25 users, the modules "Registrar" and "Web server" and also the Fast Start + Templates configuration. Implementation is executed by specialists of Gerrus Group, says Cognitive Technologies.

The Gerrus Group company is the vertically integrated holding which part the plants on production of wine (Detchinsky plant and "The Kuban wines"), vinogradarsky farms in Krasnodar Krai (Fontal and Seaside) and also sales structures in the territory of Russia are. The companies entering into Gerrus Group are territorially deleted from each other that complicates and slows down document flow of holding. For the solution of this problem the management of Gerrus Group made the decision to implement EDMS. According to Cognitive Technologies, after studying of 5 most popular systems presented at the Russian market for workflow automation of holding the Euphrates system was selected. The flexibility of a system, optimal price relation and functionality and also compliance of a system to qualifying standards became the pacing factors which defined this solution, explained in the company.

Now EDMS "Euphrates" is operated in Gerrus Group in the test mode. It is planned that after the beginning of full-scale use of a system with its help the uniform archive of electronic documents will be created, approval of internal documents (memos, agreements) is automated and also control of performing discipline of employees is adjusted. About 50 people will become users of a system, reported in Cognitive Technologies. Thanks to the subsystem "Work with templates" entering the Fast Start + Templates configuration, the staff of Gerrus Group will be able quickly to create standard documents on the basis of the templates created in MS Word (agreements, outgoing letters, memos, etc.).
