Gett of the taxi starts remote training of employees on the basis of solutions of iSpring

2019: System implementation of distance learning

On September 9, 2019 the ISpring Solutions company announced contract signature with the aggregator of taxi services – Gett.

The Gett company made the decision to select the system of distance learning iSpring Learn and the designer of iSpring Suite rates.

Several options among which there are products of the American producers Articulate and Adobe were initially considered, however a choice for benefit of iSpring was made, first of all, at the expense of level and availability of a command of technical support.

For September, 2019 Gett is going to start training in two directions. First – adaptation and training of staff of Department of corporate sales, including, work with CRM. Secondly – trainings for operators of the Support service. The training program will begin with Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Yekaterinburg and several more largest cities in which Gett works. In plans to completely transfer adaptation of staff of Department of corporate sales and training in skills of communication of employees of the Support service to "online". Will be engaged in development of rates and the organization of educational process internal coaches of the company.
