For automatic unloading of all documents, necessary for work, on merchandising data exchange between 1C: Trade Management 8 and 1C: Accounting 8 was configured.

Project Results:

  • Accurate accounting of a remaining balance of goods on all points of network is organized. Supplier orders form automatically on the basis of data from each shop. At the same time for all commodity nomenclatures in each specific shop the minimum possible remaining balance of goods is set. As soon as this value is reached, the personnel create requests which come to the central base "1C: Trade Management 8" where the summary supplier order forms. Besides, loading of price lists from suppliers and goods and service receipts from spreadsheets in 1C: Trade Management 8 is implemented. It allowed to adjust control of all process steps of purchase - from planning of the supplier order to a goods receipt in shop. Timely deliveries of products in necessary volume and just in time are provided
  • A system helps most simply and to expedite reconciliation of these orders with an actual receipt of goods, and in case of need - quickly to make out acts of discrepancy. It accelerated goods acceptance in shops, simplified return of the defects or goods which came to shop by mistake of the supplier at an order complete set.
  • The range of goods in shops of network differs depending on their size and location. In a system rules of assortment management for each category of outlet are configured. When opening new shop in a system a certain inventory, available to sale in this shop is set. It not only provides permanent existence of a wide range of products, but also does not allow the staff of shop to order goods "on the discretion" if it is not in the list of commodity nomenclatures of their shop. At the same time the management of the central office can quickly control observance of assortment policy of the company.
  • Jobs of cashiers are equipped with fiscal registrars, acquiring terminals for carrying out bank card payment, a data collection terminal for inventory and goods acceptance, scanners of barcodes, displays of the buyer. It allows to make out quick sales and to prevent emergence of queues at the checkout, to quickly execute goods acceptance and inventory of a remaining balance. Errors at a design of warehouse and trade operations are excluded. Besides, a system does not carry out alcohol through cash desk after preset time, allowing to avoid thereby the administrative responsibility for violation of the law.
  • Charge of bonuses according to the loyalty program which is specially developed for Dzhin network is automated. It helps the company to attract more buyers and to increase sales volumes.
  • In the 1C: Retail 8 system reports on checks automatically form: average, on days of the week, on purchase time, on discount and bonus cards. Such statistic reports allow to optimize the number of the working cash desks and the number of employees which should be in a trading floor in certain time. The 1C: Trade Management 8 system creates reports on a gross profit, on income and expenses that gives to the management exact financial performance in the mode in real time for assessment of the current situation and forecasts for the future.
  • The salary of staff of Dzhin network depends on the number of the fulfilled hours. A system in the automatic mode fixes when the employee switched on and off the equipment, and, on the basis of data retrieveds, calculates the number actually of hours worked. Thanks to it the management can not only monitor discipline of staff of each shop, but also do exact payments according to the sheet.
  • In a system rules of pricing for products taking into account the restrictions set by the legislation are configured. In particular, on alcoholic products minimum prices which cheaper cannot be sold, and of cigarettes are established by the law the price is limited on top - it is impossible to sell more expensively than the maximum retail price. A system in the automatic mode analyzes the purchase price of goods on the basis of which the retail cost is calculated, at the same time is checked whether this price enters the framework set by the legislation.
  • Besides, accounting of marketing agreements with suppliers is automated. It allows the company to control purchase prices and with guarantee to receive discounts, retrobonuses and other remunerations from suppliers.

"Solution "1C: Trade Management 8"" helps us to manage all retail network from office and to create supplier orders. Using a retail store equipment and a system "1C: Retail 8" on places discrepancies at receipt are considered and sales are quickly made out. The level of training of users different, someone already worked with products of 1C and easily is guided in the interface of the platform, and some come without the corresponding experience. Therefore we try to approach each employee individually: we train, we order consultations of specialists Forus. As a result we received easily replicated system which allows us to offer buyers a wide range of products, to provide the high level of service and to quickly start new outlets. Opening of new shop takes us only one day now", - Stanislav Anatolyevich Padin, the director of customer company shared.
