On March 13, 2017 the Poster company announced the project of inventory in Ginza Project companies and the Baltic meridian.

Project Results

Monthly inventory - compulsory procedure for restaurants abroad, in Russia this need is ordered once a year, together with accounting records. It is regulated by Chapter 25 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

The manager wants that or not, but inventory whatever routine and boring seemed remains compulsory procedure which purpose is establishing order. The main error when conducting planned inspection is the fact that people do not understand why it is necessary. The CEO, the managing director or the chef should be engaged in inventory. Regular check of an institution helps to understand what products need to be ordered what delayed and what there is too much. Reveal that certain positions do not go, and they need to be brought from the menu, or to make rotation of goods in other restaurants, etc.

Inventory is complete, partial, selective, operational. Complete assumes search of all trade inventories, stock, the equipment and household goods, up to napkins and toothpicks, once a year is carried out approximately. Partial — the invention internal — pursues quite particular purposes: check of personnel, identification of shortage, recalculation of expensive positions. The neglect such checks can affect profits of an institution, but will make happier than unfair employees. It is possible "to adjust" data in the report to experienced personnel in illegal affairs therefore at the first suspicions on abuses audit is necessary, it is better operational.

Tasks of audit committee include also check of marking of piece goods. For a weight product data from process charts are used that facilitates expense estimation.

For those positions where the barcode cannot be put down (for example, for vegetables), it is worth using RFID technology for identification of objects where direct visibility of a tag and piece access to goods is not required. At the expense of it are possible accounting of goods in assembly and operational reading of information for once from big batches at acceptance and shipment. The method of RFID identification is useful to inventory still that it allows to look for automatically an object in a warehouse. The technology allows to carry out inventory at the enterprise at any time and without preliminary preparation, to integrate results into accounting program 1C, to compare results of several inventories which are carried out to a different time frame. In addition to reconciliation of a remaining balance of material values inventory allows to reveal weak points in the organization of an inventory control and to make timely management decisions.

The automated software packages give the broadest picture about the movement of goods at the enterprises, allow to create reports most quickly, thus, interfering with entering of false data. Besides, remove additional loading from personnel and allow to be exempted from a preparatory stage completely.
