Giprospetsgaz (KAS "Business Lux")

Necessary condition for maintenance of the high status and further development of institute is permanent optimization of management processes. For the solution of this task specialists of GSG constantly improve IT infrastructure of institute and automate different fields of activity using the best software products. A number of meetings of specialists of JSC Giprospetsgaz and NPO Kompyyuter with the purpose of discussion of options of process automation on contract management and finance was held to development of this direction. During the meetings the possibilities of practical application of the end-to-end automated system (ETEAS) Business Lux and electronic document management systems and interaction managements of DIRECTUM were considered.

Within the signed delivery agreement and implementation of KAS "Business Lux" and the DIRECTUM system work of planned and contractual and financial and economic department will be automated. During the project it is going to implement integration of the implemented systems into the software products automating project management, calculation of estimates, technical document flow and accounting at the enterprise.

As a result of execution of works information on general will be systematized and to subcontracts, financial planning and formation of the payment schedule is provided, operating control and data analysis is organized, including from the management.

Now the preparatory stage of implementation started: specialists of NPO Kompyyuter together with the partner's employees to St. Petersburg of Kompleksnye tekhnologii LLC conduct a research of the automated business processes of institute and provide training of the working group.
