"Dacha" automates sales management

On January 24, 2014 the Tyumen Expert company announced implementation in Dacha shop of technologies of control automation by DALION shop: Management of shop. Missile defense.

Project Tasks

Earlier for accounting in Dacha shop used the normal cash register, maintaining notebooks with records and 1C for accounting of a remaining balance. During dialog with representatives of Tyumen Expert company participants of a conversation defined what work types need to be automated for optimization of sales, holding tea ceremonies and tastings.

Software and the equipment should meet the following requirements:

• integration of up-to-date information about the range and a remaining balance with data on the website;
• use of Excel as the database;
• creation of the directory with information on each client with a possibility of viewing its purchases (it will help to prompt to the client the name of tea which was pleasant to it) and for the purpose of advantageous offers in holidays;

creation of a system of gift cards with floating face value;

• design of tea ceremonies at the checkout (it is necessary to beat off in the check ceremony cost, but not teas which in it are used);
• implementation SMS and e-mail mailings with information on discounts, new receipts, actions, announcements of tea ceremonies;
• implementation of the analysis of the range by different criteria: to classes, groups, categories of goods.

Based on a meeting made the commercial offer which the equipment and the software entered:

• for the place of the merchandiser
  • the scanner of the barcode Argox AS-8000 for simplification of work of the merchandiser;
  • the printer of the barcode of Zebra TLP 2824 for printing of labels;

• for the place of the cashier
  • the touch Posiflex KS-6715G 15 terminal ″ for increase in speed of work of the cashier;
  • scales of CAS AD-5 for packing of teas at the checkout;
  • fiscal registator FPrint-55K (modern, reliable fiscal registrar);
  • the Opticon OPR3201 scanner and the stand for reduction of sweep rate of goods by the cashier.

The customer took a timeout for the analysis of the received offer and its comparison with the solutions proposed by other companies and returned to discussion of products ATOL before opening of office and the second Dacha shop.

Project Results

The implemented system of the equipment and software helps to communicate quickly between several shops, office and a warehouse and also gives the chance of automatic formation of the order of goods in a warehouse taking into account sales volume, the minimum remaining balance, the assortment list of each outlet.
