Timeweb Cloud, which offers an international cloud platform for developers and businesses of all levels, has provided the computing power to deploy Glagol, an AI-powered voice robot system. Representatives of Timeweb Cloud announced this on February 15, 2024. According to the Glagol developers, the service is capable of processing at least 10 thousand calls per day.

Glagol, even before launch, planned to "land" in the cloud, as infrastructure provider it allows you to quickly deploy servers and increase power in the required volume. The speed of providing computing resources and high availability have become key criteria when choosing a model. IaaS

During the implementation of the project, VDS servers were deployed in the Timeweb Cloud cloud, each of which is tailored to its own task: it is responsible for making calls according to a distributed scheme, provides communication with the API, and acts as a decision server or PBX. This allows you to quickly exchange data and ensure high availability of the service.

The cloud platform has become the basis for the frontend and backend, which also hosts databases and the FreeSWITCH telephone Open Source platform, capable of processing 40 thousand calls per hour, Timeweb Cloud said.

In addition to VDS, one of the Glagol customers required an impressive amount of computing resources. For this purpose, a dedicated server capable of handling increased traffic was provided.
