"Glavgosekspertiza of Russia" will create a budgeting system for 18 million rubles

On June 15, 2016 "Glavgosekspertiza of Russia" announced an open competition electronically on the right of development of the system of budgeting for own needs. Information on tender is published on the uniform portal of state procurements^[1].

Project objective is increase in cost efficiency of organization by means of implementation of modern mechanisms and management tools on the basis of managerial technologies of budgeting of financial and economic activity of "Glavgosekspertiza of Russia".

The developed system should provide solving of tasks of planning, the actual accounting and the reporting, to cover each level of organizational hierarchy, including the level of the top management, structural divisions and branches of the organization.

According to tender materials, after project implementation "Glavgosekspertiza of Russia" expects to increase the accuracy and justification of financial planning, to provide operating control of accomplishment of financial plans on the main and providing activity, to increase efficiency of activity by means of entering of operational and reasonable adjustments into financial plans of branches and divisions and also to set reasonable interrelation of elements of a system of motivation of employees of Glavgosekspertiza with performance indicators of activity of organization.

170 working days will be allocated for the winner of competition on project implementation.

The starting price of the agreement is 18 million rubles. Applications for participation are accepted till July 7. Summing up is planned for July 15, 2016.
