Glims Production (ST Mobile trade)

The NORBIT company announced in 2011 the beginning of the complex project of process automation of management of regional sales and distribution channels of Glims Production, one of the largest Russian producers of construction materials. Within the current project in Glims Production two systems will be implemented: Microsoft Dynamics CRM and "ST is Mobile trade".

The Glims Production company was formed in 1995 and specializes in production and supply of modern construction and finishing materials. Products of GLIMS are made of the best domestic and foreign raw materials on the basis of own compounding according to Russian and international quality standards (ISO 9001). The Glims Production plant is a unique complex on production of dry construction mixes in Russia. Products of Glims Production are provided practically in all regions of Russia: the dealer network of Glims Production contains more than 30 companies.

Implementation in Glims Production of business applications of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and "ST is Mobile trade" (from the System Technologies company having the status Microsoft Gold Certified Partner) is intended to provide complex process automation of retail and dealer sales of the company. By estimates of the management of Glims Production, use of the automation equipment will allow to solve many commercial and marketing problems of development: operational execution of orders, organization of timely deliveries of products, intensive promotion of the GLIMS trademark, operational and forecast analysis of sales and so forth.

At the first stage of the project in Glims Production the ST — Mobile trade system for management of work of sales representatives will be implemented. Development and deployment of a corporate CRM system of Glims Production are carried on the second stage of the project within which it is going to automate management of dealer network and regional sales to the company. The program basis of the CRM project in Glims Production will be formed by the product Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and the NORBIT company is going to make use of own experience of automation of a geographically distributed system of sales for development of procedural schemes.
