GlobalElectroService implemented EDMS based on open source running Russian Fedora OS in a virtual environment of "Wmware Server for Linux"

JSC GlobalElectroService put into commercial operation the Control of Management of Documents system covering the central Moscow office of the Company, and also branches in Lipetsk and Belogorsk of the Amur region.

The Control of Management of Documents system is implemented based on the open source software (open source software) which was adapted for needs of JSC GlobalElectroService. The implemented System works running Russian Fedora OS in a virtual environment of "Wmware Server for Linux" (a reference platform of "Linux CentOS").

System implementation "Control of management of documents" was performed together with the "Information Solutions and Technologies" Scientific and production association company.

Under the implemented system, it is necessary to understand the electronic document management automating such processes as: creation of the electronic project description, problem definition in separate projects for execution and control of instructions; tracking of course of execution of instructions on projects and problems of document flow of the company; description of priority projects and tasks of execution of instructions; control of execution of projects and tasks of document flow of the company; detection of expired projects and tasks of instructions for acceptance of management decisions according to accomplishment / not to project implementation and tasks; storage and operational exchange of corporate information in the company and its branches; use of web access for work of remote branches and divisions of the company over projects; differentiation of access rights for separate projects and tasks of users.

Having a number of characteristics, support of work with several projects; flexible, role-based, access control; flexible issue tracking system; chart Ganta and calendar; news feed and notification by mail; integration with control systems of versions (SVN, CVS, Git, Mercurial, Bazaar and Darcs); creation of tasks through e-mails; support of different DBMS - a system allows to achieve performance, reliability and flexibility in work.
