Implementation of ERP in "Global Network of Services" comes to the end

The Global Network of Services group completed implementation and starts operation of the ediEnterprise system, the RBC Group company integrator reported on August 15, 2013.

Project Background

The customer set a task: full automation of processes of the enterprise with consolidation of all operations on providing transport services on a single platform. As like that the ediEnterprise system is chosen.

Within the project modules are used: Forwarder, Sales&Marketing, Accountant, Web Tracker. For August 15, 2013 training of staff of the main office in Novorossiysk is provided.

Expectations from the project

According to the results of implementation ERP- the platform ediEnterprise, «Global Network of Services» will receive full automation of the processes connected with forwarding activity, automation of work of sales departments. Also it is necessary to adjust the interface for work with clients through Web Tracker - the client will have an opportunity of observation of transactions with own loads, an opportunity to watch location and change of the statuses of a load in the course of transportation, to place new orders on the Internet the browser, to receive automatic calculation of delivery cost, etc.
