The Ryazan CB Globus starts implementation of "confidential" EDMS

The Globus design office starts system implementation of electronic document management "E1 Euphrates", the developer company of a system reported on January 24, 2013.

The specifics of activity of the enterprise mean work with the documents having a signature stamp "confidentially", it causes high requirements to fault tolerance of the workflow system and its security.

The Cognitive Technologies company has considerable experience of cooperation with the organizations which the high level of internal security and privacy is important. Taking into account it the management of RKB "Globe" made the decision on purchase of an electronic document management system "E1 Euphrates".

Solution

The implementation project of E1 system started at the beginning of January, 2013. At the first stage of the project in RKB 100 licenses "E1 Euphrates" will be set and differentiation of access rights to documents depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality is configured.

In the course of implementation of E1 specialists of RKB "Globe" should be trained to features of work with a system, Cognitive Technologies will provide continued technical support of EDMS.
