Gluboksky meat-processing plant (Galaktika ERP)

On Gluboksky meat-processing plant making about 300 names of sausages, meat products and semi-finished products the next stage of an implementation project of the integrated Galaktika ERP enterprise management system is completed.

Implementation of the ERP system began with automation of the main objectives in the field of conducting accounting and tax accounting, including allocation of costs of the producing and non-productive departments, formation of actual cost, profitability analysis.

A system was also used for fleet management of plant, providing operational information about the current remaining balance of spare parts in a warehouse and also purchase managements on the basis of the analysis of use of spare parts on each car. Besides, use of a system allowed to toughen control of export of products from the plant territory. The automated processing of waybills provided an opportunity to calculate the salary of drivers and to keep fuel account.

Today a system is operated in accounting, warehouse economy, purchasing departments and is sold, personnel department, laboratory, motor transportation service and also on sections of issue of overalls and trade management. Within the next stage of the project it is going to automate production management.
