"Golden Ghaith" used the machine Ricoh Pro C7100X for production development

On December 20, 2016 group of companies Terra Print announced project completion of upgrade of digital production by system implementation Ricoh Pro C7100X in printing house St. Petersburg Golden Gate.

Quality requirements of printing services constantly grow, the company needs to correspond to as much as possible growing customer needs. Before printing house there were two tasks: expand the range of the offered products and in to increase profitability of business. For this purpose expansion of the printing park was required.

Project Results

When choosing the new digital printing machine the management of Golden Gate took into account such criteria as high quality, wide functionality, reasonable cost of the equipment and low cost value of printing. The printing house studied offers in the market of the equipment for digital printing and gave preference to Ricoh Pro C7100X. The device attracted with existence of the fifth colourful section and ample opportunities — printing varnish and white paint with fast transition from color to color, printing of banners up to 330 x 700 mm, a vacuum feed system of paper with support of materials from 52 to 360 g/m ². We responsibly approached the choice of the printing machine and considered different devices. But, in our opinion, Ricoh was the best in a segment of small machines as has many advantages which we did not manage to find at competitors. For few months of use the machine proved to be steadily, with the expected quality. Thanks to Ricoh now we can keep up to date, developing the business.
