2021: Development of a project and fleet management system for mining machinery
On June 28, 2021, Advanta announced the creation of a project management system and a fleet of mining equipment in the Golden Pole |
The objective of the project was to improve project management by implementing a planning and monitoring system.
The implementation of the system was carried out with significant support from the company's management. After the initial setup, the company carried out further development of the system on its own.
By 2021, the system implemented:
- Document management. Clerks record incoming and outgoing correspondence, employees are involved in the discussion of incoming documents, in whose area of responsibility these documents are located.
- Contractual work. The system discusses and reconciles contracts, specifications and supplementary agreements. All related documents are stored.
- Credit and leasing planning, fact control. Using the developed dashboard, the company management can at any time view payment schedules, see detailed information about the company's obligations to counterparties.
- Control of tax liabilities. Taxes and payments for them are recorded in the system, based on the dashboard, top management receives detailed data on the company's tax obligations.
- A HelpDesk system for employee interaction with the IT department. Each requisition is created in the ADVANTA system, users can track progress according to their case, and reports on the number and quality of cases processed by the department are available to management.
- Monitoring of work performance and achievement of planned indicators. Before the start of the season, work plans are entered into the system, the fact is entered into the system daily. Management, using the dashboard developed for this, can monitor the progress of work, the achievement of planned indicators and use this information to make management decisions.
- Management of the fleet of mining and auxiliary equipment. Information on the state of equipment is daily entered into the system by dispatchers in the areas. Using the developed dashboards and reports, management can see detailed information on the state of each piece of equipment in the work areas.
