Problems and tasks

Addressed to the Client company "Homnet Consulting" for the purpose of implementation of the tasks within automation of the central office of the company using the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 software products.

Project Task

Purpose of creation of an information system: the maximum economy of physical resources of the company and competent distribution of time for the solution of large volume of tasks within conducting accounting, tax, personnel and management accounting. As for the solution of the current tasks within the large-scale project, one of them automation of accounting of business trips was.

Project Description

During the project specialists Homnet Consulting performed a number of the following works:

• implemented the program "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 (the functionality on accounting of air tickets is finished and implemented; printed forms are finished);
• implemented the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program (updating of the software product is carried out and processing on automatic mailing of pay slips on mail is set to employees);
• implemented the CitiDirect system of Citibank bank intended for implementation of such banking activities as unloading of payment orders from accounting systems and loading of statements. Within the project
• the system of integration CitiDirect and configurations "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 for unloading of payment orders and loading of statements is customized;
• developed functionality on accounting of air tickets which allows to consider air tickets as appliances on the following transactions: purchase from partners, return to the partner, mechanical accounting of issue to the employee of the subreport, the report of the employee under the used tickets. It allows to control process of issue of air tickets to employees with reflection in accounting.

The system of integration CitiDirect of Citibank bank and the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 configuration provided to the Customer convenience of using of the program, in particular:

• when unloading data there was an opportunity to specify the period for which it is necessary to unload payment orders; the organization from which the payment order proceeds; the partner on whom it is necessary to make selection of payment orders; each payment order which needs to be sent to the system of Client-bank and many other things. Thanks to it employees received control of the paid / unpaid payment documents and liquidated need to manually enter data into the system of Client-bank when sending the payment order.
• at data loading the user sees outgoing and incoming payments and also the corresponding payment orders. Setup provides faultless entering of data into the program and convenience of its use when processing large volumes of statements.

The solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" automates the following directions of a management and accounting activity: scheduling on involvement of personnel; solving of tasks on ensuring business by the personnel — selection, questioning and assessment; management of competences, training, employee assessments; management of financial motivation of personnel; planning of effective employment of personnel; registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure; charge and salary payment, etc. The 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 software product provides automation of the following types of accounting: accounting of fixed assets and intangible assets; delivery of the regulated reporting; conducting the personified accounting and many other things.

Result

At the moment specialists Homnet Consulting work on creation of the mechanism for accounting of the agency VAT, the VAT which is not accepted for foreign clients, and the VAT for fixed assets. Also works on setup of unloading of postings on the salary and taxes in the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 software product are conducted.
