The department of logistic solutions of ASTOR company carried out the complex logisticheky analysis together with the importer and the distributor of wine and the hard Good Wine alcoholic beverages (Bureau of Wines).

The Bureau Win company as the importer and the distributor of wine and hard alcoholic beverages, was founded in December, 2006. In a year (in December, 2007) the first was open and the biggest in Ukraine and in Europe supermarket of Good Wine wine, of 1200 sq.m.

In December, 2010 the second Good Wine shop on Obolon was open and today in two shops on the total area of 1900 sq.m. about 3,000 names of alcoholic products from around the world, including products of other importers are submitted. Every third bottle imported to Kiev (without Georgia and Moldova) is on sale in supermarkets of Good Wine wines – only for 2011 1,450,000 bottles were sold.

The Bureau Win company has about 150 direct import contacts and is a distributor of wines and hard liquors across all territory of Ukraine, cooperating directly with restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and specialized wine shops.

Approach of ASTOR Ukraine company and wide experience of successful implementations and also possibilities of the qualified expert command completely satisfy to assigned tasks of Good Wine company (Bureau of Wines).

Experts of ASTOR Ukraine company in a short time optimize the following tasks:

  • The analysis of rates of the logistic operator is made and on the basis of the analysis warehouse transactions are optimized that led to reduction of tariffs.
  • An address system is imposed on a warehouse.
  • Warehouse razzonirovan on geography.
  • Each shelf in each zone of a prokategorizirovan on AVS.
  • Each commodity group also a prokategorizirovana on AVS.
  • Storage location according to its category is appropriated to goods.
  • Work on movement of goods according to the floor layout plan is organized. The temporary process chart of acceptance of deliveries and the process chart of "service" of an address system is written.
  • In a warehouse defects are sorted and there is a separate zone of defects and also the zone of a sampling and reserves will be planned.

As a result:

  • All slow goods are removed from running shelves, and the actual capacity of a warehouse significantly grew (earlier the warehouse was overloaded with slow goods on comfortable shelves, unmarketable regiments remained empty, and the saleable article got stuck in passes).
  • Speed of acceptance of deliveries considerably grew.
  • The sommelier's time for search of goods "on now" insignificant (the goods are quickly or the sommelier precisely comes to a conclusion that there are no goods in a warehouse).
