The government of Chelyabinsk region automates the workflow system

CSBI Group completed an implementation project of an electronic document management system in government office of Chelyabinsk region.

Background

Transition to a new system was necessary for replacement of a number of separate program developments by the single full-function solution allowing to solve different, including more difficult tasks of document flow. In total about 20 different processing of documents are automated.

As the general contractor the BFT company – the partner of CSBI Group acted.

During implementation of the tasks 130 jobs in different structural divisions of government office of ChO were automated. Integration with the system of cryptoprotection of VipNet (Infotecs producer) is carried in addition out.

Works of all structural divisions of government office are automated including:

• processing of incoming correspondence;
• processing of outgoing documents;
• processing of citizens' appeals;
• accounting of the NPA;
• control of performing discipline.

Results

As a result of project implementation a common information space for effective interaction of staff of government office of ChO was created and the uniform order of execution of instructions and control of their execution is provided.
