2019: Creation of electronic model of the territorial scheme of the address with waste for Stavropol Territory

The Russian IT- the company "Big Three" announced on November 22, 2019 that it developed for Stavropol Krai electronic model of the territorial scheme of the address with waste on the basis of algorithms collecting and processing data. As of November 22 the territorial scheme of the address created on the basis of electronic model with waste undergoes Public discussions.

After PPK REO, having analyzed all territorial schemes, recognized the best four, and all of them were developed by Big Three company, one more region — Stavropol Krai joined us. Taking into account our experience in software development for creation of territorial schemes of the address with waste which guarantees complete transparency of the industry and which was selected by more than 50 subjects of Russia we are sure that the electronic model of the address created by Big Three company with waste for Stavropol Krai will be the reliable tool — the CEO of Big Three company Artem Sedov said.

The Big Three company transferred to Stavropol Krai the electronic model created for it at the end of October, 2019. On November 15 the territorial scheme of the address created on its basis with waste was exposed for Public discussions.

Electronic models of the address with SUW (solid utility waste) created by Big Three include comprehensive information on places of education, placements, savings, utilization and processings of waste in the region, in other words, it is data on tens and hundreds of legal entities (companies-otkhodoobrazovatelyakh) and tens of thousands of container platforms. The electronic model is able to lay optimal routes for transportation of waste, allows to build forecasts of development of the industry of the address with waste in the region for several years ahead, doing it more attractive to investors, and the most important — to influence formation of a rate for export of waste which is paid by all residents of Russia.
