EDMS is implemented into work of the Government of the Komi Republic

The "Budget and Financial Technologies" company (BFT) completed implementation of the large-scale project on complex automation of activity of public authorities and local government of the Komi Republic.

Tasks

Project objective – to provide qualitatively new level of efficiency of budgeted expenses and interaction of the power, the population and business.

Solution

Within the project BFT executed complete centralization of the information systems providing budget implementation in the Republic, the first stage of system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) for public authorities of the Republic, integration of the ATsK-Goszakaz system with the Official website of the Russian Federation for placement of information on order placement on deliveries of goods, execution of works and rendering services; started development of methodology and implementation of the information system providing transfer of the Republican budget on a program and target method of budgeting, and automation of activity of control and auditing bodies.
