By one of the most difficult projects on automation of technical maintenance of information systems on the JIRA and Confluence platforms it was implemented for the Data processing center of the Republic of Mordovia. The software of Atlassian was applied regarding task management on interaction of users of the center with technical service and to elimination of the conflict and faulty situations arising in IT systems. A choice for benefit of the products Atlassian for implementation of this large-scale work was made thanks to their broad functionality, high integration opportunities and the flexible system of the scalability allowing to implement the solution on large enterprise with the distributed structure. The products Atlassian when which developing the flexible methodology is used show high quality that is caused by a possibility of control of process of their creation at each stage and is confirmed by their wide popularity among developers.
