On September 4, 2019 PJSC Rostelecom reported that together with the Government of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic signed the agreement on joint activity in the field of implementation of the investment infrastructure project on construction of the communication fiber line (CFL) in the Arctic zone on route Successful-Haryyalakh-Olenyok.
