The committee on informatization of area together with Performance Lab company held testing of regional electronic services on the portal of state services.
In particular, the working capacity and information filling of 860 regional services, including functional testing of receiving services electronically were checked; directory of services and updating of incorrect and outdated information; connection of regional services to an automated system of monitoring of working capacity for further weekly testing.
According to the results of works more than 1000 defects and errors of the regional portal of state services, the majority them them were revealed at once were eliminated, a part is in study at specialists of committee and the operator of the electronic government of JSC Rostelecom.
"Our region according to the results of monitoring of the Ministry of Economic Development won first place on number of the services available in electronic form. However we seriously approach issues of quality improvement of rendering services and actively we work in this direction with involvement of the most advanced companies and technologies. The received results show what even to leaders is where to aim. It is sure that our experience will be useful also in other regions", - the minister of the area – the Chairman of the Committee on informatization of area Larisa Kuznetsova noted.
