In the Udmurt Republic the project on electronization of the state service No. 50 connected with providing references to citizens according to the order of the Government No. 1993-r started. The project is implemented based on the BARS.web and Electronic Household Book system which allows to carry out the centralized pokhozyaystvenny accounting and to issue to inhabitants of the reference using the EDS. Now the pilot project in the rural settlement of Lynginskoye is complete. In 2012 all 25 areas, i.e. 311 rural settlements of the Udmurt Republic will be connected to a system.
