The requirements of legislation in the field of accounting for jewelry made automation not just a convenient tool, but a critical need. In particular, working with the GIIS DMDK system required significant time costs due to duplication of operations: all data had to be entered into both 1C and GIIS. The situation has worsened since March 1, 2025, when the rule came into force - the mandatory transfer of data on retail sales through the Universal Transport Module (UTM).

For companies with a developed retail network, this meant difficulties: the need to configure UTM in each branch and ensure unmistakable data exchange between 1C and GIIS DMDK. To optimize processes, eliminate routine processes and minimize the risks of errors, a solution was found - the implementation of the AXIOMA: Integration with GIIS DMDC module. This step made it possible to automate the key stages: receiving, processing and sending data, synchronizing accounting systems and freeing employees from double work.

As part of automation, the AXIOMA: Integration with GIIS DMDK module was introduced and configured in the 1C configuration: Enterprise Accounting, the module radically simplified the accounting of jewelry:

1. Goods Receipt: Delivery data is now automatically loaded into 1C, saving hours on manual input. The system itself creates item cards and forms the necessary contracts, minimizing the human factor and the risk of errors. The module instantly creates a document "Goods and services receipt" in 1C with completed key details.

2. Wholesale: After accepting jewelry from the supplier to the account, the user can start selling. For wholesale, use the document "Sale of Goods and Services" in 1C. Previously, the formation of a mandatory outgoing specification for GIS DMDC was a separate task. Now the module "AXIOM: Integration with GIIS DMDC" solves this in one click:

• After the implementation document is posted, the system automatically generates a BOM.
• The finished specification is directly transmitted to the personal account of GIIS DMDK through built-in integration.
• It remains only to sign the document with an electronic signature - no manual entry or additional actions. This ensures compliance with the law and eliminates errors.

3. Retail sales: Thanks to integration with the Universal Transport Module, retail is also fully automated. Sales are drawn up as standard (with the document "Sale of Goods and Services" or "Retail Sale (Check)"). As soon as the cashier punches the check:

• Sales data is instantly transmitted to UTM.
• The system automatically loads them into the personal account of GIS DMDK.
• No extra action! Neither manual entry, nor repeated checks - information enters the register accurately and in a timely manner.
