In May, 2016 the BioLink Solutions company reported implementation of a biometric system of accounting of working time and access control of BioTime on production.

A system services 250 employees of JSC Gran (Republic of Mari El) occupied with development and release of the skoromorozilny, refrigerating and heat-exchanging appliances for the food industry, HSC, trade, the railway and motor transport, residential and production premises.

At the enterprise there is a design and technology office, the equipment is manufactured on own production areas (three workshops with a total area over 10,000 sq.m). The biometric BioTime system provides accounting of the worker time of staff of the enterprise.

During implementation of BioTime the control system of physical access is organized. Biometric identifiers which unlike cards and PIN codes cannot be forgotten, to steal or transfer to another, are optimal both for a time recording, and for access control. Fingerprints of employees scan biometric terminals of a time recording and access control of BioLink FingerPass which are integrated with a full-growth tourniquet on the central checkpoint and several tourniquets tripods on extent entries to the enterprise. As a result of integration of tourniquets and network biometric terminals into JSC Gran the control and management system for access of the ACS is created.

Scanning of a fingerprint takes less than a second; the received image will be transformed to digital model; inverse transformation of model in the image technically is not implemented. After identification of the employee the terminal gives a command for opening of a tourniquet, fixes time of an event (arrival/leaving) and transfers the acquired information to the server of a biometric system of accounting of working time and access control.

On the server in the automatic mode reports prepare. 17 ready reports and also the designer and the designer for creation of own report forms are included in the package of BioTime. Reports form with any extent of detailing — on the enterprise in general, to division, the specific employee; it is possible to set automatic mailing of daily or weekly reports on e-mail.

The biometric time recording is integrated also with the 1C Platform that guarantees fair payroll on the basis of the reliable and complete information about the number of the fulfilled hours.
