Grandbazar (ITG corporate and client loyalty platform) has been transferred from the ClickUp foreign service to the Russian system for managing the development of POSimpleOne SDLC and thus restored the full operation of Scrum teams. The SDLC platform provided sprint tuning and integration with Gitlab, while maintaining process continuity. SimpleOne (Simpson 1) announced this on March 4, 2026.

Grandbazar is developing a platform with ready-made tools to launch loyalty programs and promotions. The development team uses Scrum methodology with two-week release cycles and handles dozens of tasks in each sprint.

After the ClickUp service became unavailable in 2024, the company was forced to completely restore the development management system. Under these conditions, the team needed a solution with support for Scrum processes, work with tasks of various levels and integration with the GitLab version control system.

SimpleOne SDLC allowed you to deploy the basic project structure, configure sprints, task boards and communication with GitLab, as well as adapt the solution to different commands - frontend, backend, design and infrastructure. The platform is included in the register of domestic software.

ClickUp just shut down some day. We started working in SimpleOne SDLC almost immediately, and the data was transferred in parallel for several days, "said Mikhail Bogdanov, CEO of Grandbazar.

The migration took place without stopping the team. First of all, active tasks were transferred to the system, archival information was added in stages. A week after the shutdown of the foreign service, the team fully worked in SimpleOne SDLC, maintaining a two-week release cycle and the usual amount of tasks.

As of March 2026, more than 200 tasks per month pass through the platform. Planning, progress tracking and closing sprints are all concentrated in one place. Integration with GitLab allows you to associate tasks with Comitas and branches, providing transparency and simplifying coordination between teams.
