"Grandee" uses technologies for control improvement

On November 21, 2013 1C Company: Announced the first BIT project completion of automation of trade accounting in salon of the Grandee footwear by means of implementation of the 1C: Trade Management 8 program.

Project Task

Earlier for accounting in the company used numerous information systems and spreadsheets. The separation of managerial data resulted in difficulties by preparation of reports for the management. Wishing to increase controllability, the owner of business made the decision - to automate activity of the enterprise.

Based on the overview of the market of automated systems a choice was made for benefit of the program "1C: Trade Management 8. PROF".

Among project tasks:

• automate operational and management accounting;
• implement the convenient mechanism of sales management;
• systematize credentials;
• create conditions for implementation of the detailed analysis of activity;
• optimize process of customer interaction.

Project Progress

1C Company acted as the contractor of the project : The first BIT. Employees of the contractor executed program installation "1C: Trade Management 8. PROF", loaded the address qualifier, "Responsible persons of the organizations", the register of data "Account policy (tax accounting)" helped to configure correctly account policy, the register of data. Report generation process "Indicators of work of managers" was worked out in practice. Users received skills of work with "The starting assistant", "The express accounting check", "The calendar of the accountant".
