Content

On August 28, 2017 the Softservice company announced implementation of the automation equipment of work on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform - systems "the Alpha Car: A motor show + Car service + Auto parts" in JSC Grodnoavtoservice.

Project Tasks

For effective work of the enterprise it was required to process quickly entering addresses, to support in a warehouse existence of spare parts and component parts, operational formation of accompanying documents, fixing of the performed works that at the address of the client to have the complete information about the car.

Earlier orders for repair and service of cars were filled out manually, on the basis of these electronic directories. The history of service of the car and the recommendation of the master were not fixed. All this led to short-reception of revenue.

For control of stock remainders and requirements analysis in spare parts and component parts spreadsheets were used. There were errors at purchase planning, it had negative effect on financial results of work – the lack of demanded spare parts in a warehouse reduced revenue and increased runtime of service works, delivery of illiquid names froze current assets of the enterprise.

The company management made the decision on implementation of an information system for acceleration of processing of incoming requisitions, reduction of time for execution of orders and accompanying documents, ensuring permanent existence in a warehouse of spare parts and supplies.

For the solution of assigned tasks selected the Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The Softservice company became the partner in implementation.

  • Reports to the importer of cars form automatically according to the transaction number.

Summing up the project results, it would be desirable to lower such questions of formal character as preparation of reports, creation of a chain of document flow, communication of the program with directories of works, auto parts, automatic data transfer, existence of the analytical device – all of them are successfully solved. The main thing that system implementation on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform allowed our company to service without staff increase of employees at 20% of clients more and to get 10% more profits without involvement of additional resources.

Timely report generation on 30 indicators of activity for the importer of cars is as a result organized.

The electronic information warehouse about service of each car and works recommended by the master is created. Time of processing of client orders for service maintenance and repairs, fillings of orders, selection of spare parts and execution of accompanying documents is reduced.

Purchase planning is optimized, permanent existence in a warehouse of necessary spare parts and component parts is provided. The staff of the enterprise manages to service 20% more clients in a day now, the profit of the company increased by 10%.
