2024: 1C budgeting and treasury system: Holding management for FSUE TsENKI

FSUE TsENKI (Center for the Operation of Ground Space Infrastructure Facilities, a subsidiary of Roscosmos). FSUE TsENKI provides a full range of services, starting with the implementation of design work and ending with the production, testing, as well as subsequent operation and maintenance of the created rocket and space complexes.

The "Budgeting" subsystem of the "1C: Holding Management" configuration has been implemented

The processes of planning, operational adjustment and control of the actual execution of direct budgets for the Central Federal District, budgets of auxiliary and general production expenses, production and investment programs are automated.

Features:

• Very fast start, transition from numerous tables Excel in to full functionality: 1C Holding management in a few months;
• A large number of CNSI integrations with third-party systems and services;
• Several dozen scenarios;
• The transfer of its own contract management system to the 1S:UKh functionality is practically unchanged;

The project team worked in an enhanced mode for 3 months during testing and preparation of the functionality for putting into industrial operation. Reconciliation of counterparties, large volume of NSI, night team duty.

As a result of the implemented project, the business got the opportunity to store the structure of investment contracts, calculate the amount of receipts and payments within the framework of working with suppliers, receive budget indicators and reporting.

It also became possible to link the fixed assets existing in 1C: Accounting 8 with the data of investment contracts 1C: Holding Management 8.

The Treasury subsystem of the 1C: Holding Management configuration has been implemented

The processes of generating requests for spending funds, monitoring limits, maintaining payment registers, a payment calendar, exchange with a client-bank and accounting are automated.
