The Center of ECM started the module "Management of Business Trips" in Groupe SEB in Ukraine

On February 4, 2019 it became known that "ECM Center" start of the module "Management of Business Trips" carries out to Groupe SEB companies in Ukraine.

The main objective of the GC command "Center ECM (Ukraine)" — automation of planning process, approval of business trips and also preparation of their reporting in Business Process Management Suite of CONTENTUM.

A system allows to pass from instructions directly to planning, execution and control that helps to manage efficiency of activity of the company.

Purposes of implementation of the module "Requests for Business Trips":

• Unify process of creation and approval of business trips in Groupe SEB.
• Receive the mechanism of control of process of holding business trips.
• Lower the general time for planning and approval of business trips.
• Make transparent process of approval of business trips.
• Organize transparent process of the reporting for business trips.

In particular, in the module "Request for the Business Trip" business processes on creation of a card of a business trip with step-by-step introduction of planned data on it are automated: approval, introduction of actual data and reporting. Besides, the Module provides creation of obligatory documents on a business trip: "Order", Expense report and their signing in a system by drawing the electronic digital signature (EDS).

The module "Request for the Business Trip" consists of the next stages:

• "Creation/editing Business trip card".
• "Approval of the Business trip".
• "Introduction of actual data".
• "Approval of the report on the Business trip".

The module "Management of Business Trips" became the next step of automation of end-to-end processes in Groupe SEB. The customer already over a year successfully uses the modules "Management of Partners" and "Contract management".

Groupe SEB (Ukraine) the company which analyzes, realizes and manages calls of the modern market. The project task was to visualize, optimize, control processes of management of business trips. In a project deliverable the Customer received the instrument of paperless transparent management of business trips – from the request before payment of traveling costs.
