GGNTU of M.D. Millionshchikov implemented the automation equipment of acceptance of entrants

Project Progress

The First BIT company and the Grozny state oil technical university of a name of the academician M.D. Millionshchikov completed the project of automation of work of selection committee of educational institution on the platform of the software product "BIT. Higher education institution. Selection committee".

Due to the remoteness of the university and need of the fastest automation, all works on installation and software configuration, completion of an initial system according to requirements of the customer, training of specialists and start in operation, The First BIT company executed far off, within two weeks. 16 employees of educational institution became users of a system.

Project Results

With implementation of the software product "BIT. Higher education institution. Selection committee" the university received the tool for automatic collecting and document registration, accounting and check of results of the USE, sending data on a receiving campaign and the submitted applications in FIS SFE, drawing up the lists allowed to entrance examinations and the lists enlisted of providing educational institution to the management in extremely short time of the reporting according to the results of work of the commission by faculties, specialties, forms of education and types of financing.

"Thanks to implementation of this project we managed to increase effective management of process of acceptance of entrants, to considerably reduce time for document handling and also to solve a problem of attractiveness of the university for pupils. Using modern technologies and systems, we provided lack of queues on submission of documents and operating control of the course of acceptance from our party. Data on all entrants are stored in uniform information base at the expense of what the risk of their loss is excluded, search of the necessary information is facilitated and there is no more need of duplication of lists in dean's office after transfer. Besides, we several times reduced time for reporting according to the results of holding a receiving campaign which we will be able to provide now, including, in the forms regulated by the legislation.
