Gubkinsky meat-processing plant automates corporate retail chain stores using technological solutions of Service Plus

According to the results of automation of the first shop the management of Gubkinsky meat-processing plant made the decision on integration into the single automated network of all brand stores using technologies of Service Plus. The software of "Supermag" and the trade IT equipment from Service Plus Group cover all requirements of meat-processing plant even taking into account perspectives of further development.

In the middle of December the Service Plus Group completed automation of three shops of corporate network of Gubkinsky meat-processing plant in the Belgorod region. Cooperation of two companies began in 2007 with a pilot project on automation of the first shop of network. Then were set an anti-theft system, the computer and cash LexPOS system, the software Supermag® and scales of DIGI SM-300 is implemented. In seriousness to transfer all network to the software of "Supermag" and completely it was decided to automate shops in August, 2011.

According to the results of a test stage the management of Gubkinsky meat-processing plant made the decision to automate own corporate network consisting of 10 shops using technologies of Service Plus. At the beginning of December 2 shops of network working completely at the software and the equipment supplied by Service Plus were automated. In the middle of December Central Office is set and 3 shops are connected already. Now there is a connection of other shops of network without involvement of engineers of Service Plus, i.e., thanks to industry orientation and excellent study of solutions, Gubkinsky meat-processing plant independently automates the remained 7 shops that will allow to spend the saved funds for the modern IT equipment.

Originally in brand stores of Gubkinsky meat-processing plant there was a traditional countertop trade, but taking into account perspectives of development of network, namely, increases in number of shops automation of business becomes the only way to adjust effective management of trade enterprise. Further all shops will work in a self-service format that will increase loyalty of buyers and, undoubtedly, will affect profitability of shops. Centralized operation by retail network based on the trading system of the class Back-office "SuperMag Plus" and the cash software of the class Front-office "Supermagician of UKM 4.0" are investments into successful development of trade enterprise. "СуперМаг" is the industry solution developed especially for network trade enterprises.

In the project on automation of retail network of meat-processing plant the following equipment is used: reliable CheckWay POS77 system units, the OTEKsys monitors, keyboards, strongboxes and displays of the buyer of CheckWay, fiscal registrars of SP101, the Datalogic Magellan and CheckWay ID1000 scanners, M3 Green data collection terminals, scales with printing of the DIGI SM-5100P labels with the display on a rack.

Gubkinsky meat-processing plant in addition to processing of meat is engaged wholesale and retail therefore in terms of business it was important to integrate all processes connected with trade and storage of products in one trading system. Thanks to Supermagu such, set by the management of meat-processing plant tasks as management of merchandising, document flow, inventory, production and sales were successfully implemented, but also moreover, a system gave a number of the additional opportunities allowing a message of the plano-gram of a trading floor to manage vendor relations (accounting of a retro of bonuses, etc.), to manage actions of the personnel working with the equipment, to use the whole management system for relationship with buyers including management of loyalty within a distributed network of shops and conducting marketing actions, control of the specialized equipment for increase in activity of buyers.

On Gubkinsky meat-processing plant the most advanced technologies of processing of meat are implemented, but at the same time traditional compoundings, sausages and meat delicacies remain. In assortment of products released by the company about 100 names of sausages, meat delicacies and semi-finished products, many of which became winners of the 100 best goods of Russia program tender, got gold and silver medals of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre. Gubkinsky meat-processing plant is included into "BVK agro-industrial group" – a brand of several regional agro-industrial enterprises integrated by one management company. The name of group is created from the first letters of names of the cities in which the enterprises – Belgorod, Voronezh and Kursk are located.
