All outlets are equipped with the necessary IT equipment. At this ALP Group it was succeeded to reduce the term of opening of outlets twice using the double control over quality of works accepted in service company and permanent updating of the regulations and instructions written for all participants.
All 2018 the retail chain stores of Gulliver continued active expansion, constantly opening points. For January, 2019 the network contains 105 brand stores, more than in 100 cities of Russia, the CIS and Europe (the others 145 work on a franchize). It is natural that quality of IT service of outlets, the speed and clearness of opening of shops in Russia and abroad — the main objectives of the company at present.
For January, 2019 specialists of ALP Group maintain SLA approved with the corporate customer on technical support not in 20 any more, and in 65 shops through the whole country. IT incidents which they solve are connected with service of video cameras, cash desks, jobs, Digital Signage, office equipment, telephony and with Internet access. The staff of service company continues to work together with the 1st line of technical support "Gulliver and To", to obtain from them information on the solution of standard IT problems in outlets, to give them data on how more complex problems on the 2nd support line are solved. At the same time engineers of ALP Group not just close the IT incidents connected among themselves, they fix the root problems causing them.
