1C: Accounting is implemented in HAVI Logistics Ukraine (Uspot)

Specialists of assino updated and finished the accounting software used by subsidiary company of the international logistics provider HAVI Logistics in Ukraine for implementation of a possibility of the centralized administrative accounting.

On March 6, 2013, Hanover, Kiev, Moscow – HAVI Logistics Ukraine (Uspot Ltd.) and assino announced a successful completion of the project on updating and completion of the software solution "1C: Accounting" used by the international provider of logistics services in Ukraine for administrative and tax accounting and preparation of financial statements.

HAVI Logistics company – logistics provider for the companies working in the field of public catering such as McDonalds, BP, Ikea, Nordsee and others. To optimize a portfolio of services in Ukraine, the centralized financial accounting which would allow to have at any time correct information on activity of the Ukrainian subsidiary was necessary for the company. However when using the outdated version of the software product for accounting, timely it was difficult to obtain an exact solid data: transformation of the local reporting in standards of parent company was performed manually. Moreover, in the outdated version the happened changes of the financial and tax law were not considered that represented a substantial risk for the company.

For implementation of a centralized system of financial accounting in the Ukrainian division, the HAVI company addressed assino, the strategic partner in implementation business of software in Russia, Ukraine and other CIS countries. Specialists of assino suggested to update set to software and to develop a number of add-on software modules to the standard solution.

During the project consultants of assino performed data transfer from outdate in the updated accounting system to guarantee integrity and safety of data and also implemented the simple procedure of updating of the solution in connection with the changing requirements of the legislation.
